 Email problems

We're trying to send out some e-mails from the office and have come across a couple of problems, I'm hoping freepinters can help me with. Firstly, is there a way that we can create a name for the FROM field. Currently, we can't prevent the users name from appearing in that field. Secondly, for each e-mail, a message appears, asking if we want to allow Word (its a word document) to access our Outlook address book. This request appears for each e-mail. It appears related to the fact that we are sending text e-mails and not html.

Any ideas?
