Does anyone know if it is necessary when selling a single plot of land in the UK (for the erection of a single property), if it is a legal necessity to have a water supply/drains already in place. Alternatively, could you sell a building plot with the proviso that the buyer must install their own drains/water supply connected to a neighbouring property.
