Hello! Am just starting a piece of detective work on Application Service Providers, specifically making a case for businesses to judge whether this is a good and cost effective solution for them. Not interested in what specific ASPs say about themselves & claimed benefits of the service. Also not in individual case studies as such, except insofar as they reveal generic principles. Third party reviews by bodies representing businesses, any financial cost-benefit type analyses and objective/authoritative discussions of the pros and cons of the business case are of interest - any clues out there?
