 Contacting IT managers

Anyone know of any sources of contact lists for UK-based IT managers with responsibility for LANs? Preferably without shelling out thousands of pounds...

We are happy to receive suggestions of books &c that could contain full or partial info, or websites, or other sources.

We already know of the Computer Users Yearbook - my colleagues have been unable to identify LAN managers from this (although hints might help) - and its website, where lists appear to be available for mega-bucks.

Thanks in advance for all suggestions (including "Get Real!" "You get what you pay for..." &c.)

But hey! I didn't ask to deal with this enquiry!
