Is anyone sitting on a vast collect of backnumbers? I'm after an article by Deborah Tanner about how boys and girls behave at school and how these behaviour patterns translate into the Boardroom. The article seems to have appeared in early 1995, so isn't available via the HBR website.

Can anyone help?
