 Digital image file extension program

a little while back I came across a neat little program that extended the file properties for digital images, to add/include copyright information, photographer, captions, exif (camera technical information) etc, on to Windows 2000 and XP format. Apparently it's some kind of standard world press/media format.

I've moved computers and want to put it on my new computer, but I've said goodbye to the old computer, lost the original installation prog and can't remember what it's called. Anyone else know where I'd find that prog again, or details on where to find it?

Thanks
Andrew Denny
