Knowledge Management, Virtual Communites etc. etc.
We all know that in the Knowledge society only organisations which fully utilise the expertise and experiences of their employees will survive.Do you belong to one of these?
-Do you transfer knowledge easily to employees?
-Are you part of a knowledge sharing culture?
-Do you exploit knowledge effectively and strategically?
-Do you know what and where your assets are?
If you consider yourself to be invoved in an organisation based on knowledge, I want to her from YOU. Why? I'm collecting information on how informal knowledge and practises are exchanged or supported within your companies and how these can be used to acheive that competitive edge.
Look forward to hearing from you,
