Hi Freepinters,

I have been asked by our US global procurement manager to leave our existing offsite information archive service provider and move to a company called Iron Mountain. I have visited their website, and have discovered that they acquired what was BDM. But I was wondering if any Freepinters had any personal experiences of dealing with Iron Mountain that might be of use to me
