Where do we stand legally.

As a company, we already own several versions of our business name in the form of domain names, but I have just been informed that someone is wanting to register our company name with the remaining . extensions, such as biz, net etc... that we have not already purchased.

Are we legally protected. Our domain name, business name and brand name are all the same, unique to us and already a recognised business brand within our niche market.

Advice would be most helpful. Thanks
