Does any body else every feel that they are just a cog in a machine of work and life? I used to feel this until I read the forth-coming book "UNSHRINK THE PEOPLE" by Max Mckeown and Phillip Whiteley. It has change the way I do business and deal with life, it is a must read for everyone.
