I've been asked to develop a system of 'proving' what content we have on a website at any one time. Apart from our manual system of sign-offs and just pulling the site down in a directory on a regular basis (or god forbid printing it!), what would be the best (and hopefully) easiest way of proving what the content is on a page / site on a particular date.
