 Roll-over links hinder spidering?

I'm curious, if I use roll-over navigation graphic links which often default to the left-side of the page and usually occupy the top portion of the HTML (table) text, and my main body content with relevant keywords is then by nature pushed downward, can this hinder the spiders' visit and indexing?

For example, when I use J-Bot's roll-over program, I end-up with tons of code immediately seen in my HTML whereas my body content and keywords are placed at the bottom of the page past the navigational buttons. Dangerous?

Do spiders index content in other tables, or only the first table?

I hope I'm making sense here.

Thanks.

Mark
