hello,

I'm very keen to get into records management as a career, and wonder if anyone has any recomendations of introductory texts and / or top tips for starting out?

I'm a LIS graduate, but didn't study records management specifically, and have been working outside the sector since graduation a couple of years ago.

All suggestions and recomendations much appreciated.
