It's a vast database, covering over 80 million companies, nearly half of which have between 1-9 employees. The review analyses the data universe by region, number of employees and industry sector. Standard and Advanced search options are described in detail, and sample searches are carried out. The review also highlights content that isn't available for searching. The extensive family tree data is examined and the various report options are described. The review concludes with a list of the database's outstanding features and offers suggestions for improving the product.
D&B's MarketDirect is a business list tool which provides access to sales and marketing prospects from more than 20 million businesses in Western Europe. A country-by-country breakdown is provided, as is an analysis of the database by number of employees and by industry sector. The review also includes descriptions of how to create, organise and purchase lists of relevant companies. Concluding points highlight the major features of the product.
