Hi,

I am looking into the business news provision industry and the feasibility of providing low-cost industry business news to companies. In particular look for information / reports / articles on any of the following:

* the value chains / supply chains of information service providers such as the news wires, factiva and smaller more specialized players such as Informa and World Markets Research Center
Costs of content (i.e. news) production for such players and their business/cost models

* outsourcing of journalism or content production itself (eg to India where the English language skillset exists) and whether it has been adopted by content providers or the barriers to adoption

* the business news / information market as a whole – i.e. quantifying its size, projected growth etc

* Customer perception of business news and information in terms of what they need / value / prioritise and are willing to pay for

many thanks
sean
