Hello.

I have built a web site for an associate and it is live, running with no problems.

The site is for a business, which is run solely by my associate.

As the company is new, my associate is not well known by the company name yet and when people are searching for him on the web, they search using his personal name. Because he has written many papers and such like, his business web site does not come up on a web search in Google (at least not in the first few pages) and the searcher will be swamped with references to conferences, etc.

Can anybody suggest a way of getting the business web at the top of the search results when a person searches by my associates personal name? His name does appear on the Home Page of the site.

Many thanks in advance.

Natalie
