This issue reviews China Insight which was only launched last month. Developed by Xinhua Finance and Mergent, it combines company fundamentals, sector reports, corporate news, annual reports and credit ratings reports on over 1,300 Chinese public companies.
A second review looks at Mergent Online, which provides data on 15,000 US public companies and on 20,000 non-US public companies in approximately 100 countries.
VIP is published monthly. It contains reviews of business information products. Many of the reviews are comparative. An annual subscription costs GBP245 which provides subscribers with a site licence to distribute VIP to all colleagues at their location.
