I'm in the process of employing a Research Analyst (an entry level position).
The individual must have the ability think outside the box in order to obtain and analyse the information from the various databases and not just search 'parrot fashion'.
Does anyone know of any tests I can give the candidates as, obviously, they may not have experience in using the databases we have access to?
