Hi there

I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction? I am looking for statistics on flight delays or cancellations (preferably for the UK). Is there a UK equivalent of the Bureau of Transportation Statistics? (www.bts.gov) I just wanted to find out on average what are the percentage of flights that end up being:
- Cancelled
- Overbooked
- Or missed by the passenger?

Any tips would be greatfully received
Many thanks
Claire

Claire, Did you find the statistics that the Air Transport User's Council publishes in it's Annual Report? See: http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?categoryid=306&pagetype=90&pageid=917 Hope this helps, Charles
