Hello

what's the best format for delivering podcasts (i.e. MP3 etc)?

I'd like to choose a format that's compatible with the most software (for playing online i.e. Real, MS Media Player etc) and music players (i.e. iPod, iRiver etc).

The quality should be high with as small a filesize as possible.

Thanks

Martin
