I am trying to find out about the plastic containers that nachos come in and their use in microwaves in terms of governmental guidance on them? Does that come under health and safety regulations?

	In the UK it comes under the Food Standards Agency: http://www.food.gov.uk I would then search for information relating to packaging regulations. Best wishes
