Does anyone know if there is a way of sending a group email to everyone on a list (in this case in Microsoft Outlook though the method might be relevant to other email methods) but suppressing all recipient email address information in the "to" box except for the address corresponding to the recipient who actually receives it in each case? The issue here is that you might have grouped alot of individual address in a list for a particular purpose, but might not wish every recipient to know the identities and email addresses of the other recipients (e.g. for reasons of privacy). I have tried the help facilities on Microsoft Outlook without finding anything - maybe it's not possible? I appreciate that you could laboriously send the email to each person individually, but I was wondering if there is a simple instruction that could achieve the same effect in one go.
