Hi,

Can anyone either point me in the direction of a good (non vendor associated) website that provides some evaluation of the different CRM products out there, or provide me with some recommendations for products that have been susccessfully implemented in their own organisations?

Our IT department have mentioned SalesForce products - does anyone have any feedback on this choice - good or bad?

Many thanks,

Tan
