Hello,
I am a French student and as part of my studies I need to write a project on a sugject in relation with the UK.
I have chosen the famous subject of the Pubs in Britain. However although this is a really interesting subject to study, I cannot find sources and documents.
Therefore could you please help me?
I am looking for documentation about the pub industry, the owners, the pub market... and everything you think would be really helpful for me.
