I have to write a dissertation on the Prospectus Directive(no. 2003/71/CE) and its impact on UK. But I have problems to identify the main issues and to come up with an outline and a good bibliography. Can you suggest me how to develop them? And eventually, how to narrow down the research question. Thanks
