Robin Neidorf, General Manager, Free Pint Limited Robin has been working with FreePint since 2004, and, since joining full time in 2006, is responsible for strategic planning, product development, relationship management, research and communications. Robin Neidorf ran a research and communications consulting business for 10 years, prior to joining Free Pint Limited. As a consultant, she focused on strategic planning, using information to make better decisions, and creating effective audience-focused communications across different media. Robin has worked with a wide range of organisations in the for-profit and non-profit sector. She has developed online communities, publications and distance learning modules for a range of business purposes. William Hann is the founder and Managing Director of the Onopoly network of companies: the publishing services company Willco was founded in 1996, the publisher FreePint in 1997, and the company information vendor Researcha in 2004. William has a background in online information provision, having worked for a number of information vendors (including the Financial Times, Dialog and News International). William has received a number industry awards, including European Special Librarian of the Year, Jason Farradane Award, and a Golden Candle Award from the Open Source Intelligence community. William is a facilitator for the Dow Jones Factiva Customer Advisory Board, and has a first class honours degree in Information Science from Aberystwyth University. Shirl Kennedy is the chief editor/compiler of DocuTicker, a daily hand-picked selection of resources, reports and publications from government agencies, NGOs, think tanks and other public interest organizations. Shirl has worked in academic, corporate and public libraries, was Network Information Manger for the Tampa Bay Library Consortium and Web Guide Manager for Time, Inc.'s Business 2.0 magazine. She is currently the reference librarian at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. She writes the Internet Waves column for Information Today, and her newest book, The Savvy Guide to Motorcycles, was published last November by Indy/Tech Press. A former newspaper reporter, Shirl received her masters degree in library and information science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Gary Price is the founder and chief editor/compiler of ResourceShelf, a daily electronic newsletter of news and resources of interest for online researchers. From August 2004 through January 2006, Gary was the News Editor of Search Engine Watch.
