What's Inside:

There is more to librarianship than books, databases and research. If you can demonstrate knowledge of important IT project concepts, e.g. user needs analysis, you will be able to demonstrate this, and in the process you can help raise the profile of your library not only in the eyes of your IT department, but hopefully within the rest of the organisation as well.
