Lexi Rodrigo of Vialect gives us seven ways internal blogging may benefit our career: "By writing about your reactions, comments, and insights on every day work-related things – meetings, industry events, news items, etc. – you can demonstrate your thought leadership ... "

Is your organisation's content suffering one of these fatal flaws?
