Abstract:
As cloud computing reaches some degree of maturity, plenty of doubts and uncertainties remain, as evidenced by recent surveys. There’s worry about whether regulators are yet again falling behind the technology, but also that the case for the cloud is currently too technology-driven, and that the many products currently available aren’t making users any happier.
