Abstract:
With many organisations recognising the value of being able to collect, index and display information across a number of different repositories, enterprise search has never been more important. Whilst the tools and functionality within enterprise search tools have continued to develop, organisations need to take account of another, perhaps even more important element: the impact of social media tools.
